How can I book the villa?
You can book the Villa via our booking page.
What is the minimal booking period?
The minimal booking period is 4 nights.
Can I place the villa under option?
If you would like to place the Villav under option, we provide the following options:
- > 3 months in advance, maximum of 7 days under option.
- 3 till 2 months in advance, maximum 2 days under option.
- < 1 month in advance, maximum 1 day under option.
Costs & payment
What is the villa rental price?
Our prices are different per season. You can find our prices on our booking page.
Are there any hidden costs?
We value transparency. Thats why we show you the prices at our booking module as all inclusive price to book the Villa. This includes cleaning costs for your stay.
Keep in mind that after your booking, you will get a deposit payment link of 500 EUR, which we will ask you to pay before your arrival 14 days before the latest. We will fully refund the deposit provided if everything is in the same condition as when you arrived.
What is the cancellation policy?
50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept creditcard.
Facilities and amenities
Does the Villa have Wi-Fi?
Yes. We provide the best WiFi experience through Starlink (Tesla/SpaceX), which includes 150 Mbps on average. Perfect to stream Netflix or to have video calls for work.
Is the swimming pool private?
Yes. Everything you see at our pictures are fully private for your stay.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a big private parking lot in front of the house which offers space for multiple cars.
How is the kitchen equipped?
The kitchen is fully equipped with the things you need to prepare meals for a group up to 9.

The Villa has a maximum of 9 people per stay,
Is the villa wheelchair friendly?
The villa features a wheelchair-accessible bedroom, shower, pool area, and standard (non-adjusted) toilet on the main floor.
Location and accessibility
What is the nearest beach?
Playa de La Malagueta is approx 50 minutes driving.
Are there public transport options nearby?
We suggest to take or rent a car. This is the easiest way of traveling in the area of Andalusia.
Is there a bakery, supermarket or restaurant nearby?
The Villa is located in a town with 400 people which offers a bakery and supermarket.
The bakery and supermarket are just 10 minutes walking (or 2 minutes driving).
Restaurants are in approx 20 minutes driving located.
Check-in and check-out
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in the earliest at 15:00 PM.
Check-out at 10:00 AM.
You can always check-out earlier. You can leave the key during check-out in the key storage box.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
It depends of other bookings. Please contact us at welcome@villalolo.com for the possibilities for your stay.
How does the key handover process work?
The key to the house is accessible via a lockbox, where you should also place it at the end of your stay.

What happens if you break/damage something?
Guests are responsible for any lost items, or damage to items during their stay; any damage or lost items will be charged from your credit card.
Is smoking allowed in the villa?
Outside smoking is allowed. Inside smoking is not allowed.
Please keep in mind that there will be no cigarettes left behind on the floor.
If cigarettes are left behind, or we noticed that there is smoked inside, we will charge additional cleaning costs which go up to €400.
Is there a safe in the villa?
Yes, we provide a safe in the house to store your belongings.
